Biography

Dr. Sarah Rodriguez, MD is a board certified Ear, Nose, and Throat specialist at UT Health RGV. With over 15 years of advanced otolaryngology experience, Dr. Rodriguez provides top quality care for children and adults with problems related to the ear, nose, and throat.  

Dr. Rodriguez graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1993 and received her Medical Degree (M.D.) from the University of Texas Medical Branch in 2001. She then completed her internship and Residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in 2002 and 2006, respectively.  

As an Ear, Nose, and Throat Specialist at UT Health RGV, Dr. Rodriguez performs treatment and management of diseases and disorders of the ear, nose, throat, and related bodily structures. Otolaryngology is the medical and surgical management and treatment of patients with diseases and disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head and neck. Dr. Rodriguez is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. Additionally, Dr. Rodriguez is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology. 

Dr. Rodriguez currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at the UTRGV School of Medicine, educating and training the next generation of physician leaders.
