Dr. Adam Bender-Heine, MD, is a board certified Head and Neck and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at UT Health RGV. Dr. Bender-Heine uses the latest technology and medical advancements in surgical care to provide the highest level of care and help patients live beautiful and healthy lives.
Dr. Bender-Heine graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in 2009 and received his Medical Degree (M.D.) from the West Virginia University School of Medicine in 2014. He then completed his Residency at the West Virginia University Hospital in 2019. Additionally, he completed his Fellowship in Microvascular Surgery at the Oregon Health Sciences University in 2020.
As a highly specialized Otolaryngologist (ear, nose, and throat) surgeon at UT Health RGV, Dr. Bender-Heine diagnoses and provides services and treatments for oral cavity defects, large and small Head and Neck defects, skin cancer, lip cancer, eyelid cancer, neck masses, nasal obstructions, facial paralysis, hearing loss and surgery care in facial plastics, nose reshaping, facelift, scar revision, and eyelid surgery.
Additionally, Dr. Bender-Heine is a member of several notable organizations such as the American Academy of Otolaryngology and the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr. Bender-Heine joined the UTRGV School of Medicine Faculty in 2020 and currently serves as an assistant professor at the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
