Your health plan is designed to help you stay well - not just provide care when you're sick.
Through the Preventive Care Incentive Program (PCIP), eligible employees and covered spouses enrolled in UT SELECT can waive the $50 Standard Premium Differential applied to the monthly medical premium by completing a qualifying annual preventive exam.
A qualifying annual preventive exam is available at no cost when received from an in-network provider.

What You Need to Know
If you were enrolled in UT SELECT as of August 31, 2026, complete a qualifying preventive exam with a date of service between February 2026 and February 28, 2027, to waive the $50 monthly premium differential beginning with the May 2027 paycheck.
New to UT SELECT on or after September 1, 2026?
Your deadline may be different. Visit the UT System PCIP website or review the PCIP FAQs for your applicable deadline and program requirements.
PCIP applies to employees and covered spouses enrolled in UT SELECT. Dependent children are not required to participate.
